Stranded

I feel like I’m feebly grasping a single thread of my life as we both whisk down the briskly flowing current of Time.

Missed class this morning for UMBC. Missing class Monday for eye surgeon appointment. What does this mean? Only that I spend today preparing for my Spanish midterm that was tonight (I fail at the listening comprehension part, so assuming I got every one of those wrong and at least two others somewhere in the test, I have a B. Bah.). Tomorrow are my CBA classes, so I have a couple hours in the morning to take a shower, eat breakfast and get ready, practice the piano for an hour, and get as far as I can on a calculus lesson. Oh, and check on how entry #1 is doing in the latest Bionicle Contest (4/15/2020: now-dead link to a forum topic on BZPower.com).

After spending the greater part of my day at classes, to which I have hopefully not forgotten to bring my lunch, I am going bowling with some friends which is important for mental heath. By the time I get back from that I will have to cram for my Chemistry midterm Friday morning. Ack!

Somewhere between now and Monday I have to get my behind to the HCC computer lab to complete my chem lab activity beforehand, so that I can leave lab early on Monday in order to get to my eye surgeon on time. No, I can’t do this tomorrow instead of the bowling because the lab is already closed by that time. I’ll have to do it after the midterm and before I go to work Friday, which means that when all is said and done, I’ll probably be down a calculus lesson.

I’ll have to do one either Saturday night or Sunday. Bah. If we’re lucky Rachel and I might be able to see each other this weekend.

::takes a deep breath::

I think I hear my family exploding.
